INFORMATION COLLECTED
Personally identifiable information
1. Registration Information.
In order to provide service to you, TwoCall collects your mobile phone number. This information is required in order to provide TwoCall and Associated Services. Your mobile phone number does not identify you personally. We may, from time to time, use your mobile number to provide you with information about our services but we will not disclose your mobile phone number to any third parties unless required by law.
We may request your email address or other personal information for identification and contact purposes. We use this information to support the TwoCall and Associated Service. Unless required to do so by law, we will not disclose any information which might uniquely identify you.
We may disclose information which might uniquely identify you only when necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to an actual or threatened harmful conduct or to restrict any threatened harm. Disclosure may also be required by law.
If you choose not to register or provide such personal information, you can still visit most of TwoCall's website. However, you will not have access to areas that require personal identification and will not be able to make calls using our services.
If we collect personal contact information (as described below), you may later change or remove it from our system by emailing us at support@ubqnet.com
2. Credit Card Information.
If you make a purchase within TwoCall account and pay using a credit card, we collect your credit card information, which is used for processing payments only and not for any other purpose.
3. Third Party Information.
If you originate a phone call or send an email message to a third party, you give us the third party's contact information, such as telephone number or email address. We complete the call but do NOT retain that person's information to contact them later to solicit them to join our service or for other purposes. TwoCall has a program where we solicit the names and addresses of people who may be interested in our services. We use the information received under that program to send potential users email invitations to join our service.
Aggregate Information
TwoCall collects registration information from you, as described above. TwoCall also collects usage information.
TwoCall collects usage information when you use our website, using surveys, cookies, and data-mining technologies. We track such information as the number of visitors, duration of visits, how our site is navigated, and the kinds of browsers that visit our site. Information on website usage is anonymous information rather than personally identifiable information.
We also collect information on use of our Call services. When you are making a call, we track the duration of the call and keep records of that. We also keep information on where a call originates and where it terminates. We do this for billing purposes and for recordkeeping as required by law.
We generally keep user data on our server or in our archives for as long as the Service reasonably requries it. We may alter this practice according to changing requirements or government law or regulations. For example, we may delete some data if needed to free up storage space. We may keep other data for longer periods if the law or regulation requires it. In addition, information posted in a public forum could stay in the public domain indefinitely. Data management requests are administered in an orderly manner to the extent feasible and within our direct control. Note: we have greater control over recently collected data than for archived data. Once data is removed from the system and becomes archived, it may not be feasible to accommodate specific user information requests.
We analyze usage information to understand our business better so we can upgrade our infrastructure in accordance with user needs.
