What is TwoCall?

TwoCall is a new kind of voice service aimed at helping mobile users save money. One may use TwoCall Mobile Client, WAP, SMS or the Web to make calls to anyone in the world on any phone. This means you can easily take advantage of the much lower rate than those charged by your mobile and/or fixed operators. With TwoCall, you are charged only for the calls you make, there are no subscriptions, lock-ins or hidden charges.

One of the key benefits of the TwoCall is that when you make a call to someone, the call comes to you first which means you save on regular outgoing local voice call charge when making an outgoing call. This benefit is very attract for countries/regions where receiving voice call is free or on flat fee basis.

TwoCall is made for people who...

  • Want to call anyone, anywhere in the world at anytime at super-low rates - whether the called party is online or offline (your grandmother for example).
  • Have standard mobile carrier tariff at much higher rates for domestic long distance or international calls. We recommend that you check your current rates for domestic long distance and international calls to see how much TwoCall can save for you.
  • Prefer to use their existing phones (especially mobile phones) to make their calls without being tied to their computers (required by all PC2Phone services).
TwoCall is all about simplicity!

TwoCall is an innovative, simple to use, and inexpensive voice service. It is extremely easy to use. TwoCall offers many ways to makes the call, and it works especially well on mobile phones.

TwoCall makes cheap rates even cheaper!

The way TwoCall works is that it turns an outgoing call from any calling party into an incoming call to the calling party which has the potential to further reduce the caller’s tariff, thanks for mobile operators calling party paid service offerings or incoming call flat rate offerings. These offerings make TwoCall even more attractive on top of its already low tariff rates.

Should I include country code and area code in the phone number?

Phone number input format is as follows:

All calling and called number should be the complete international dialing format which means country code plus any area code in the front, without any leading "0" followed by local number portion.

For example, the format for a number in London, UK (country code: 44, area code: 020) is 4420 followed by the local phone number which may be an 8 digit number. For a number in United States, US (country code: 1, area code: 650), the prefix is "1650" followed by a 7 digit local phone number. Many countries or regions do not have an area code, in which case, simply put in country code followed by the local phone number (example is 852-12345678, a HK number and 86-13812345678, a China mobile number.

Make a call via the Web:

Step 4:Clink the "Call " button.

Step 5: Wait for approximately 10 seconds. Your phone will ring. Pickup and wait to be connected to the called party shortly.

Step 2: Wait for a few seconds for the system to call you back.

Step 3: Your phone will ring. Pick up and wait to be connected to the called party. You may hear the ring tone or voicemail if the called party does not answer the call.

NOTE: Do leave out the International calling code prefix and the first "0" in area code. For examples, please leave out the leading "00" before the country code for numbers in UK or leave out "011" in numbers for the US when entering calling and called party numbers.

How much does it cost?

TwoCall Mobile Client is free to download and we’ll give you some free credit to try it out. Our prices for calls is shown here. Our objective is simple, we want to show you where you can save and then make it easy for you to save. Where we can’t save you money, we simply recommend you use your existing operator in the usual way.

From the mobile operator standpoint, when you make a call via TwoCall call it is exactly like receiving an incoming call. In most countries and regions in the world incoming calli is free of charge (or with minimal charge, When you are roaming to other countries/regions in the world, the roaming fee is charged by the mobile operator and not by TwoCall. You may need to consult your mobile operator to learn more about roaming fees.

With a little bit of planning, TwoCall may help you lower the roaming fees by turning an outgoing call to an incoming call for the caller. If the roamer choose to buy a local SIM card or otherwise obtain a local service, then, the roamer may add the new local phone into his/her TwoCall service account and start making calls with paying expensive roaming fees and international long distance fees charged by the operators.

How much can I save?

It depends on the mobile tariff plan you have and your usage within that tariff plan. Savings can be up to 90% on international calls or up to 98% considering some high roaming charges.

To help you assess potential savings, you should understand how much your mobile operator is charging you.

How do I pay for TwoCall service?

When you register with TwoCall, you will be assigned a TwoCall User ID (i.e., your mobile number) and given an initial free credit balance of US$1. This balance will decline as you make calls. When your balance falls below 0 USD you will be reminded to top-up. You top-up (refill) your account from the Account > Refill menu item.

You can buy TwoCall Credits via Paypal or major credit cards in US$10 increments.

Will TwoCall work abroad?

Yes. Please note though that the data charges levied by the Mobile Operators while you are traveling may be higher so we recommend that you check how much you will be charged for data usage before you use our Twocall service when you travel abroad. Typically, the GPRS roaming fee is roughly about 2 times that of the domestic GPRS standard charges for many major cities in the world. However, that could change or could vary depending on specific country/region you plan to visit.

Do I need to dial "011" or "00" as international access code?

No. Just dial the country code, area code, and phone number.

Can I call any number?

Yes. You can call any mobile number or any landline phone number anywhere in the world.

Can I call from any number?

Yes. The "Calling Party" number can be any number, including any landline or mobile number. You can specify multiple calling party numbers that you use on a regular basis (e.g., mobile, home, and office). This is a great way to save on roaming if you have different SIM cards in different countries while traveling or making long distance calls from your other phones.

For example, let's say you are traveling to London, UK, and bought a local SIM card. Just enter the UK number as a calling party number, and the service will work with the new SIM card. If you are at home and don't want to incur airtime charges on your mobile, then set the calling party number to your landline and TwoCall will connect the call to your landline phone.

Make sure to set Twocall calling party number as default if you want to receive calls only on one of the calling party numbers

Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment. TwoCall may suspend your account in certain special cases outlined in the User Agreement

I have completed Step 1 of registration process, but have not received a confirmation SMS.
What can I do?

If you haven't received the confirmation SMS after 1 hour, please contact our Customer Service

If you did not receive an installation text then please try one more time by clicking here(这里?要添加一个把Client下载到电脑上的地?)
